Crabtree Watervale

The cellar door takes residence in a historic homestead with the oldest sections being dated back to 1849. Crabtree sits elevated on a rise and you get wonderful views especially from the outdoor tables on a warm spring day.
We tee off with two different Rieslings both of excellent quality. The service was friendly and informative and it was nice spending some casual time chatting to our host. An excellent Tempranillo was too good to spit out and we finished our day with a beyond beautiful fortified Shiraz.
